When you use SwagatPMS, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, hotel/property name, and billing details. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our service.

Your property data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (payment processors, hosting providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.
Guest information stored in SwagatPMS (names, IDs, contact details) is your property data. You are the data controller. We process this data solely on your behalf and do not access it except for technical support with your explicit permission.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, we retain data for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
